Le Sentiment Océanique
Ce livre est un ouvrage de recherches dessinées, graphiques, plastiques, dans lequel j’explore le monde maritime à travers différentes pratiques.
Il comporte pas loin d’une centaine de dessins sur cet environnement aquatique que j’affectionne tant, le dessin étant ma façon de retranscrire les émotions que me procurent la nature.
Le sentiment océanique est une notion apparue en psychanalyse, qui s’apparente à un sentiment de plénitude, d’union avec le monde. Lorsque je dessine, je suis à la recherche de cette expérience émotionnelle quasi mystique.
Durant ce projet, j’ai cherché mille nuances de bleus, les reflets lumineux, les ténèbres abyssales,
le rythme des flots, les animaux étranges et mystérieux. Il est l’aboutissement de plusieurs mois de travail, et de plusieurs années d’admiration.
This book is a work of research drawn, graphics, plastics, in which I explore the maritime world through different practices. It contains not far from a hundred drawings on this aquatic environment that I love so much, the drawing being my way of transcribing the emotions that nature provides me.
The feeling of the ocean is a notion that appeared in psychoanalysis, which is similar to a feeling of fullness, of union with the world. When I draw, I am looking for this almost mystical emotional experience.
During this project, I looked for a thousand shades of blue, bright reflections, abyssal darkness, the rhythm of the waves, strange and mysterious animals. It is the culmination of several months of work and years of admiration.
